Cancellations & Refunds
To cancel or modify a reservation, please call our office or send us an email to Reservations@TheCaboAirportShuttle.com. If your credit card has already been charged, your credit card account will automatically be refunded. However, keep in mind, this may take a few business days to post to your account. Refundable cancellations must be made 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or activity.
TheCaboAirportShuttle will not provide a refund for reservations cancelled or modified less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time, or in the event of reservation abandonment.
Flight Cancellations or Airline Delays
Failure to contact TheCaboAirportShuttle in a timely manner may be considered reservation abandonment and TheCaboAirportShuttle will not issue a refund.
TheCaboAirportShuttle requires customers to wear seat belts while inside the vehicle and it’s the customer’s responsibility to make sure the seat belt is securely fastened, as required by law.
TheCaboAirportShuttle is not liable for lost items left behind in the vehicle by passengers. However, TheCaboAirportShuttle will help customers reunite with lost items when possible.
